Meet our speakers
Alejandro began his compliance journey seven and a half years ago when he joined Ria Money Transfer. For the first four years, he worked in the TRG department, analyzing financial activities in real-time to prevent AML, fraud, and terrorist financing. Due to his dedication and outstanding performance, he was given the opportunity to establish a new post-transactional department, the Consumer Financial Intelligence Unit for Europe. Over the past three years, he has focused on investigating and analyzing complex networks to identify criminal activity, collaborating closely with local compliance teams and authorities.
Paco Nathan leads DevRel for the Entity Resolved Knowledge Graph practice area at Senzing.com and is a computer scientist with +40 years of tech industry experience and core expertise in data science, natural language, graph technologies, and cloud computing. He's the author of numerous books, videos, and tutorials about these topics.
Paco advises Kurve.ai, EmergentMethods.ai, KungFu.ai, DataSpartan, and Argilla.io (acq. Hugging Face), and is lead committer for the pytextrank and kglab open source projects. Formerly: Director of Learning Group at O'Reilly Media; and Director of Community Evangelism at Databricks.
Alan is the Chief Technology Officer for Aptitude Global, a specialist Data Solutions provider delivering data-driven solutions in Financial Services and other regulated industries. Prior to joining Aptitude, Alan has spent over 15 years helping Tier 1 Retail and Investment Banks comply with complex regulation and deliver enterprise scale transformation. With a background in R&D and a PhD in Computing Science, Alan promotes innovation, automation and learning and has an special interest in Anti-Financial Crime and Entity Resolution solutions
Marilyne leads the team driving Linkurious’ products strategy and overseeing product development. Her mission is to identify emerging market trends and collaborate with customers and partners to envision new product developments and experiences to continuously elevate the value delivered with Linkurious products. Prior to this role, Marilyne was Head of Customer Success at Linkurious and Customer Success Manager at Feedzai.
